This release week is pretty stacked! Adam’s pick of the week is groundbreaking songwriter and original Hüsker Düde, Bob Mould, with his new solo album Here We Go Crazy. Classic midwest alternative rock sound on his new full length. A solid change of pace from my typical listening, but I’ve been on a Hüsker Dü kick lately so this comes along at a good time.
New Spiritbox is out today! New Whitechapel (we sold out of the LP but ordered more, and have CDs in stock!) Lady Gaga MAYHEM! Noah Kahan Live! New Jason Isbell and Jethro Tull (?!) albums. A repress of Colin Stetson’s (been obsessed with his records lately) Hereditary soundtrack, along with some Fortnite and House of Flying Dagger soundtracks. Bowie Young Americans picture disc and Half Speed master pressings. Alter Bridge on vinyl for maybe the first time? I can’t remember. Duncan Sheik’s album feature that banger Barely Breathing, you know the one.
Jazz reissues from Blue Note, Jazz Dispensary, and Black Jazz. KRAFTWERK AUTOBAHN PIC DISC for my fellow fans of the Deutsch beeps and boops. So much more beyond these. The shelves are full and so is my stomach after eating a huge pile of chicken wings for lunch.
