BMG celebrates the musical history of one of the greatest rock bands of all time, Scorpions with a special edition set of colored vinyl reissues. With Scorpions - Colours of Rock, BMG is reissuing the eventful band history of the German hard rock legends in blazing iridescent color. The exclusive reissues will feature twelve album highlights from Scorpions wide-spanning career including four of their legendary albums remastered for the first time from the original master tapes. Known for their relentless success, constant musical evolution, and ass-kicking performances worldwide – the twelve reissue vinyls are as colorful and eclectic as Scorpions' career. The colors chosen for the vinyl versions not only reflect the band's history, but are also paired with the style of the original artwork of each individual album.

In Trance is the Scorpions' third studio album and the first the band recorded together with producer Dieter Dierks, who later turned out to be a long-time collaborator. The album was released in September of 1975 and proved to be the band's big breakthrough in Japan. Besides Klaus Meine, Uli Jon Roth can also be heard as a singer on the songs "Dark Lady" and "Sun in My Hand", which he wrote himself. Besides the eponymous hit "In Trance", the album contains "Night Lights", the band's first purely instrumental piece composed by Roth. The legendary artwork of In Trance was created by photographer Michael von Gimbut.

In Trance was remastered with special sensitivity from the original tapes and is presented here on colored 180g vinyl LP.
