New releases / new arrivals & restocks for 1/9/2026

New jams on the wall: A feeeew new releases for today, including that new Dry Cleaning record. But a TON of reissues. A massive grip of nice Coltrane jazz reissues as Rhino HIFI titles (Brick & Mortar exclusives), a coupla Blue Note Tone Poet jammers, and a bunch of reissues as part of the “Start Your Ear Off Right” series.

Steely Dan reissues for “Two Against Nature” and “Everythig Must Go”, which are both highly requested.

BUT the thing we’re real excited about is the 4 huge boxes we imported from the UK with TONS of Earache catalog essential reissues on white vinyl. BOLT THROWER. MORBID ANGEL. CARCASS. NAPALM DEATH. TERRORIZER. ENTOMBED. And (not Earache but same distributor) that new red vinyl reissue of ELECTRIC WIZARD “Dopethrone.” Too many god damned riffs you better come get some.

200-300 fresh used at each store, ready to go. Light on the catalog restocks this week but hitting it hard next week for both shops. We get the keys to 310 W College in Appleton on Thursday the 15th so the move will officially begin then! I’m going to have to pick a good record for the “first LP in the bin” photo. Opening date at the new location TBA, but I noticed the 13th is a Friday in February…
